I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were generally clean and tidy but lacked a deeper level of cleanliness. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our stay pleasant. However, there were hints of cigarette smoke that needed better ventilation. The location was convenient for our Silverwood trip but may not suit those planning to visit Coeur d'Alene. The dining options were not worth the money, with limited quality and early closing times for the restaurant.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean with newer updates throughout, making my stay very comfortable. The service was genuinely nice and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. However, the location, being across the street from a truck stop, made it a bit noisy at times. The dining options were really good, but the misrepresentation of breakfast being included in the price was a downside.
